Kara can be married or be your house’s steward on Hearthfire DLC. Uses vanilla voiceset FemaleYoungEager. She heals you (and followers, if you have them) in combat (and only in combat) when health gets lower than 75%.

None, since this is a standalone mod.
How to use
1. Click on the download button and download the file.
2. Extract to your Skyrim data folder (skyrim\data)
3. Activate via Skyrim Official Launcher, NMM or MO.
4. Find her inside Sleeping Giant Inn, in Riverwood.
